My very favorite thing about this is the color scheme. Your eye for color and fashion really shows, as does your skill at drawing faces.

I would say the only thing that really needs work is the body proportions, most notably the legs (make sure there is room for her left knee under the skirt, right now her thigh would have to be quite short to fit), arms (the left arm is also too short under the peacock tail) and the hands (practice finger joints...I'd recommend Christopher Hart's drawing books for hands/feet instruction).
